Meaning
The supply cable or vehicle cable is defec-
tive.
Possible fault cause: Coding resistances of
the supply cable or vehicle cable do not
match.
The charging process is interrupted.
The vehicle's charging system is malfunc-
tioning.
The charging process is interrupted.
The charging infrastructure of the power
grid/house connection has overvoltage.
The charging process is interrupted.
The control unit has a technical defect.
The charging process is interrupted.
Remedy
e
Have supply or vehicle cable replaced by a qualified spe-
cialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer.

End the charging process at the vehicle and remove the
vehicle cable from the vehicle charge port.

Disconnect the charger from the power supply and recon-
nect it to the power supply after 60 seconds.
e
Restart the charging process.

If the fault persists, have the vehicle checked by a quali-
fied specialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer.
