6 CONTROLS

6.12 BACKLAPPING LEVER

Sets reel rotational direction with three positions:
(A) forward for mowing, (B) reverse for backlapping
and (C) neutral. See the separate cutting unit oper-
ator's manual for an explanation of the backlapping
procedure.

6.13 CUTTING UNIT SWITCHES

To commence cutting ensure speed limiter is in mow
position. Push bottom of the rocker switch (G) to
activate joystick, lower units and depress foot switch
(A) to start cutter rotation. Push top of rocker switch
to stop cutter unit rotation and de-activate joystick.
(Cutting units stop rotating automatically when
raised.)
