13. DEL TRONIC AND COMBI TRONIC MODELS.

The DEL TRONIC and COMBI TRONIC models can work in automatic mode by an application (app) operated
with a mobile device (phone, tablet or Computer). Through this app, the user can program up to 10 bending angles,
count the bars that the machine bends, run a machine check for the key components, manage authorized users, control
the time in operation and the time of use, locking up the machine in a scheduled date or in a certain programmed time,
and unlock it on remote as well (remote locking and unlocking features need an optional accessory). Furthermore, an
industrial screen (HMI) built in a stand can be used as an alternative to the mobile device, with the same functionalities
and handling.
To access the application, follow the procedure described below:
• Mobile device:
1. Before switching the machine on and with the switch on the 0 position, check that the wire RJ45 from
the Wifi router is connected to the controller front socket (you can find the controller in the electric
panel inside the box attached behind the front door), as it can be seen in the figure below. This is how
the connection is set by default: this only needs to be changed when the HMI external screen is
connected.
2. Switch on the machine.
3. Use your mobile device to scan the first of the two QR codes that you will find on the sticker at the
machine front.
4. Then, use your mobile to scan the second QR code (below) to access the system interface.
• Using the external screen (HMI):
1. While the machine is disconnected and with the switch selector of the plate rotation on the 0 position,
disconnect the wire RJ45 (white color) from the machine controller inside the electric connections box
behind the front door, as it can be observed in the following image.
2. Connect the RJ45 wire (blue color) to the front of the controller.
3. Remove the connector located at the bottom of the electric panel and plug in the connection from the
external screen (HMI).
4. Switch on the machine.
Keep the machine off the main electric supply and place the switch selector of the plate rotation
on the 0 position before making any connection / disconnection on the machine.
