2) DESCRIPTION
2.1) General description
The Origo™ Feed 304 Truck wire feeders are designed for semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding with solid
wires, cored and aluminum in services of average and heavy duty.
The trolley has a wire speed mechanism of 4 feed rollers geared.
The system is comprised of two units, the trolley where the wire bobbin is installed and the MIG/MAG torch
and a control unit where all the speed, welding voltage, etc. adjustments are performed interconnected
through a control cable.

4) CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS
4.1) Command unit
4.1.1) Front panel
1) Potentiometer for wire speed control.
2) Potentiometer for power source voltage control.
3) Switch 2T/4T. Allows selecting the command mode of the welding pistol trigger. In mode 2T the
welding is continuously maintained by keeping the trigger pressed. In mode 4T, the welding is
activated and maintained continuously with a single touch in the trigger, without the need of
maintaining it pressed. In order to disconnect it, just press it again.
4) Anti-stick potentiometer - allows adjusting the time in which the source can still supply welding
current when the welding is interrupted. This resource prevents the wire from sticking in the weld
puddle.
5) Selective switch for welding mode: to select the welding mode in CONTINUOUS (—), POINT ( • )
or INTERMITENT ( – – – ).
6) "TIME" Potentiometer: to adjust the point timing or intermittent welding.
7) Socket to connect the command cable of the TRUCK trolley.
8) Nipple to connect the shielding gas hose in the TRUCK trolley.
