5.3) Installing
1) Connect the trolley of the Origo™ Feed 304 Truck to the Origo™ Feed 304 Truck control unit, making the
connection of the control cable using the socket of the back panel.
2) Connect the current cable of the power source, the shielding gas hose to the connectors of the back
panel.
3) Install MIG/MAG torch in the euro connector on the front side of the trolley.
4) Install the wire bobbin in the brake hub.
5) Install the feed rollers, the inlet nozzle, central nozzle and output nozzle according to the gauge and wire
type to be used (see tables 5.1 to 5.4)
6) Release the pressure arm of the wire feeder set and pass the wire through the inlet nozzle, central nozzle
and output nozzle. 7) Fix the pressure arm checking if the wire is in line with the groove of the roller.
8) Remove the nozzle and the contact tip of the torch and press the manual wire feeding button until it goes
trough to the torch end.
9) Pass the wire through the contact tip, thread it and return it to the nozzle.
In order to use wires of diameter above 1.6 mm use feed rollers and nozzles of the mechanism in table 5.3
and 5.4 using flat pulleys on the top part.
