Unpack your fan and check contents. You should have the following:
1 Mounting bracket x 1
2 Fan assembly with hanging plate, receiver
and motor x 1
3 Motor housing x 1
4 Blade x 4
5 Blade bracket kit x 4
6 Bottom cover x 1

7 Remote transmitter with holder x 1 set
8 Screw bag:
Extra motor screw x 1
Flat washer x 4
Wooden screw x 4
9 Screw for remote holder x 2 (not shown)
10 12V Battery for remote x 1 (not shown)
