Description of PGC-D manual gas console panel and its use

All system functions can be controlled from the PGC-D gas console display. In particular:
- carry out initial configuration of the full system;
- prepare the cutting parameters
- set RUN status.
All process parameters (material, gas, thickness and current) can be selected from the display. The correct consumables
and optimal gas flow readings are automatically indicated according to the option selected.
The system uses several gas types for optimal cutting of any metal, namely: air, nitrogen N2, oxygen O2; also, H35
mixture (35% hydrogen H2 – 65% argon Ar) and F5 mixture (5% hydrogen H2 – 95% nitrogen N2) with accessory unit
PGC-H2 Item No 487; also, water H2O in the secondary channel with accessory unit WSC Item No 485.
The different gas combinations are offered automatically based on the material selected.
Then it is possible to carry out marking, which is offered automatically with argon gas Ar.
