2.12 Ignition unit – Valve console HV19-PVC CNC - Item no 459
The ignition unit – valve console is a device that performs a dual function:
- provides a high frequency-high-voltage pulse necessary to strike an electric arc in the torch, between electrode and
nozzle;
- manages the gas exchange in ignition-transfer transitions and when powering off.
It contains solenoids, check valves and pressure regulators. It is used in systems with pantograph, together with the
associated 1.5 m long torch CP455G. Opening the cover causes the system to stop.
