OPERATIVE CYCLE

PHASE 1: FIRST VACUUM AND WATER INLET (VACUUM 1)
As a first operation, the autoclave activates the vacuum pump (F) and the status of EV5
change in on. Thanks to the change of EV3 in on, the air is suctioned from the chamber
of sterilization. During the phase of reaching of vacuum, EV6 activates and deactivates
for cooling and for cleaning the surface of the membranes of the vacuum pump (the
average time of this phase is about 2 / 3 minutes).

Once the negative pressure o -0.86 bar is reached, EV3 closes (off), the vacuum pump
stops working and the valve EV4 opens (on) to enable the inlet of water into the chamber
from the clean water tank (E). The quantity of water is read by the flowmeter; when the
correct quantity of water is reached, EV4 closes (off).
