PHASE 11 : DRYING
Once the sterilization is ultimate, the autoclave reaches the drying's phase: the valve to
discharge the steam from the chamber opens (through the radiator up to the tank).
When the pressure reaches 0 bar, the vacuum pump starts working again. During the
drying, in order to reach the best result, the pump makes a pulsed vacuum, together with
a constant heating of the chamber of sterilization (the vacuum pump works at the
maximum power, reaching even more than -0.9 bar). The pulsed vacuum is obtained
with air inlet from EV5.
