VISOR REPLACEMENT

FIGURE 4.1
To replace the Visor, from inside of the
helmet, unscrew the center screw from the
visor pivot point on each side.

To attach the Visor, insert the selected Safety
Lens into the inner visor and secure the inner
and outer visors together.

Remove the cap, pivot pin, and spring from
the visor on both sides. Pull the visor out of
the pivot points and remove from the helmet.

Place the visor onto the helmet pivot points,
insert the pivot pins and springs, then screw
in the attachment screws from the inside of
the helmet until tight.
