3.7. PREPARATION
If preparation to make space is required, this is done in accordance with dental guidelines (depending on
the indication but as minimally invasive as possible).
NOTE
In contrast to laboratory made veneers, COMPONEER BRILLIANT can be prepared with feather edge margins.
We recommend checking the shape again with the COMPONEER Contour Guide after preparation. Hold the pre-
viously processed COMPONEER BRILLIANT to the tooth surface (may be prepared) to check that the space is suf-
ficient. If old fillings are still sound they can be activated with a sandblaster and One Coat Bond SL, otherwise
they are removed. Fluoridated surfaces of untreated, unprepared tooth enamel can also be mechanically re-
moved by a sandblaster, etched and treated with One Coat Bond SL.
