6.2 | Checks before every trip

• Is the ball head coupling correctly engaged?
• Is the safety cable correctly fastened?
• Are the levers and the safeguard properly locked or screwed in place?
• Is the lighting working correctly?
• Is the tyre pressure correct?
• Is the load fastened correctly?
• Is there any damage or are there any loose parts?

6.3 | Loading the trailer

The trailer can only be loaded when decoupled. Given that the trailer does not have wheel chocks or a
parking brake, you must select a surface which is as even and horizontal as possible for loading and
subsequent coupling of the trailer. This makes loading and coupling noticeably easier and collisions
with the towing vehicle can be prevented.
1
First, fold out the trailer's jib (1). Then pull the rubber strap on the lever extension forwards whilst
pulling the lever extension out of its guide (2) and connect the lever (3).
