Then, the two remaining lashing straps with which the trailer is fastened to the pallet, can be
removed.
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
When removing the lashing straps, make sure that the trailer is held vertically.
Otherwise it could topple over and cause serious injuries and damage to the
trailer.
Once both lashing straps have been removed, the trailer can be tilted carefully over the wheels
towards the floor and pulled from the board.
Now remove the remaining four lashing straps and the film from the tow bar.

6.1 | Information on driving with a trailer
• The overall wheelbase of the vehicle is increased by a trailer. Therefore, it is important to remember
the wider turning circle needed when turning in order to avoid driving against a kerb or cutting off
other road users, for example.
• The additional mass of the trailer, including the load, increases the braking distance – the safety
distance must therefore be increased.
• When reversing, you must be aware of the length of the towing vehicle/trailer combination and the
turning behaviour of the trailer.
