Description of controls

Start button (A)
Indicator light (C)
Stop button (B)
Timer (D)
Adjustment handwheel (E)
A - Start button "I"
Press this button to control beater
rotation.
The start button will only be enabled
when the lid is down and the pan is in
place.
B - Stop button "O"
Press this button to stop beater rotation.
C - "Power on" indicator light
It indicates that the main wall switch has
been operated and the machine is
therefore live and ready for operation.
D - Timer
It allows the working time to be set.
Timed operation position (0 to 15
minutes): turn the knob clockwise on the
graduated scale.
Continuous operation position: turn the
knob counter-clockwise to the "Manual"
position.
3OPERATION AND
E - Beater speed adjustment handwheel
It allows the beater rotation speed to be
adjusted from 90 to 500 (r.p.m.)
according to the operation to carry out.
Clockwise rotation: speed will increase.
Counter-clockwise rotation: speed will
decrease.
