If cleaning solutions are used, verify that these are not abrasive and are compatible with:
•
the material of the valve (brass) and its component (plastic), including any labels.
•
the gas with which the valve operates.
Never use solutions containing or ammonia or flammable solutions!
Do not dip the the valve in water or other liquids.

Do not expose the valve to high temperatures (e.g. in autoclave).

Prevent cleaning substances entering the orifices of the valve

Storage
•
The valves must be stocked in clean, dry places, preferably in the packing in which they have been delivered.
•
The valves must not be stocked close to sources of heat or naked flames and must be protected against prolonged
exposure to direct sunlight.
•
The valves must not be stocked in very cold places. The temperatures limits are indicated in the "TECHNICAL
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VALVE".

Valve repairs.
The Valve shall be returned to Pergola S.r.l. Via Statale, 11/13 - 25011 Ponte S. Marco di Calcinato (BS) Italy, in the same condition
(cleanliness, packaging, packing in bags) as delivered.
Procedure for returning valves
The Viproxy valves to be sent to Pergola for repairs shall be labelled with an identification label stating the detected fault.
A sticker (see picture below) shall be applied to the flow selector knob (13) stating the letter(s) of the detected fault(s) as specified
by the list hereunder.
