Remedy
Check for adequate shield gas flow. Check shield
gas flow switch.
Refer to power source manual.

Check cutting technique or position torch to be
over work.

Clean mill scale or ensure conductive surface
on work.
Refer to power source manual.

Check input 0 on PLC in flow control. Should
be lit when receiving start signal. Ensure
qualified technician performs this check.
Check input 10 on PLC in flow control. Should
be lit to enable operation. Ensure qualified
technician performs this check.
Close door.
Check input 6 on PLC. Should be off before
start signal applied. Should be on when in
test. Ensure qualified technician performs
this check.
Check flow switch.
