ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The appliance is equipped with a H05RR-F 3x0.75 mm² connecting cable with
European Plug. It is a Y-shaped connection, whose replacement must be carried out by
skilled personnel. Power supply: 1N 230V AC 50Hz. The connecting cable must be
placed so as to avoid any contact with hot and/or sharp surfaces.
The appliance should be connected with a grounding system.

COMBUSTION AIR INTAKE FROM THE INSTALLATION ROOM

It's advisable to read, follow and respect what indicated in the paragraphe
Rules, regulations and prescriptions
The appliance must be supplied with as much air as required to ensure proper working,
by means of outer air intakes.
The air intakes must have the following characteristics:
a)
Total free section of min 200 cm²;
b)
Connected directly with installation room;
c)
Protected by grid, wire mesh or other suitable guard, provided that the minimum
section indicated at point a) is not reduced and placed so as to avoid their
obstruction.
The air inflow can be also supplied from the room adjacent to the installation room,
provided that is free to flow through permanent openings conveying air outside. Low
pressure must not be created in the room adjacent to the installation room compared to
outdoor space due to opposite draw, caused by another appliance or suction device
placed in such room.
Permanent openings in the adjacent room must comply with the requirements as per
points a) and c).
The adjacent room can not be used as garage, warehouse of combustible material, or for
any activity implying a risk of fire.

COMBUSTION AIR INTAKE DIRECTLY FROM OUTSIDE

It's advisable to read, follow and respect what indicated in the paragraphe
Rules, regulations and prescriptions
To take air directly from outside it is necessary to:
Use metal tubes having a diameter equal to or higher than Ø50 mm; withstanding a
temperature of al least 200°C in the connecting area to the appliance (See the wiring
diagram).
In order to guarantee a sufficient air inflow, the duct must not to be longer than 2÷3
m, minimizing the number of bends.
If the duct leads outside, its last section must be a 90° bend directed downwards or
must be equipped with a windproof guard.
In case of locking devices, they must open automatically upon switching on the
appliance.
Failure to comply with one or more of these instructions, would imply in most cases
a bad combustion within the stove and the guarantee would no longer be valid.
Use a grid, wire mesh or other suitable guard, provided that the minimum section of
the duct is not reduced.
NOTE: The air inflow hole in the room where the appliance is installed must be placed at the
bottom.
NOTE: When used in the same room or areas near the appliance, exhaust air fans might may
cause operating problems.
NOTE: Low pressure must not be created in the installation room due to appliances such as:
suction hoods, chimneys, evacuation flues, etc. placed in the room itself or in the adjacent
adjoining rooms.
