WORKBENCH INCLINATION FOR ANGLE CUT

1.
Your mitre saw allows you to cut from 0° to 45° on the left or on the right. You have only to turn
the workbench 8 after ensuring that workbench's locking lever 10 is loosened, and move the
workbench 8 on the desired angle.
2.
Your radial mitre saw is provided with mechanical stops at 90°, at 15; 22,5; 31,62; and 45° on the
right and on the left for angle cut. You can feel these stops by rotating the workbench. NOTICE:
stops at 31,62° on the right and on the left are used to cut frames. The graduated plate allows
the adjustments on intermediate angles.

WORKBENCH LOCKING

In case of cutting at intermediate angles you have to block the
workbench, by tightening the knob A illustrated on the side.

USE OF THE LASER POINTING DEVICE

CAUTION!
Before carrying out any adjustment or maintenance task and before cleaning the machine or
replacing the blade, be sure that it is off and disconnected form any current source.
During the adjustment of the cutting line, do not look at the beam or at its reflection.
Switch off the laser if you do not use it.
The laser pointing device allows you to make the cutting line visible straight on the workpiece.
To start the laser, press the switch located on the black box Fig. 12 that is on the upper arm of the
machine.
To stop the laser pointing device, press the same switch.
The laser is fed by two AAA round batteries, open the black box to change them, while respecting the
polarity.
To adjust the laser, disconnect the machine. The two screws located under the black box allows you
to move the laser beam and to centre it on the cutting line.

STARTING AND STOPPING THE RADIAL MITRE SAW

1.
To start the machine, press the switch 3 Fig. 1. To stop the machine, release the switch 3.
2.
Press the release lever 1 Fig. 2 to unlock the moving protective cap and lower the saw blade to
carry out the cutting.
CAUTION!
The workbench area where you carry out the cutting is a dangerous area. Never place your
hands inside this area when the saw blade is moving.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE HEAD FOR ANGLE CUT
1.
The head of your mitre saw can be inclined to cut at every angle from 0 to 45°. Loosen the
oblique locking lever 13, incline the head until you reach the desired angle and tighten the
locking lever 13.
2.
The two extreme positions at 0 and 45° have mechanical stops, while for all the other positions
you have to choose the angle and making the pointer correspond to the graduated plate. You
have to loosen the locking lever, incline the head on the desired angle and block the lever again.
