3. If one of the side covers is not properly fitted, the machine will not start. The display will
show "Error" and the relevant side cover will be shaded and flash.
4. If the bins / chutes are not fitted properly, the machine will not start. The display will
show "Error" and the relevant bin / chute will be shaded and flash.
5. If the hopper is not fitted properly, the machine will not start. The display will show
"Error" and the hopper will be shaded and flash.
6. If the machine becomes blocked during operation, the motor will stop so as not to cause
any major damage and the display will show "Error" and the tools icon. The cause of
the blockage will then have to be removed.
7. The machine features a motor overheating protection system, and therefore operation
will stop if it overheats. The display will show "Error" and the thermometer or tools icon
(depending on the model). In these cases you will have to wait for approximately ten
minutes for the motor to cool down and the display will then return to its normal status. Check that the ventilation grills and fan are not blocked, and that the airways are clear.
8. If there is a fault in the circuit board, the display will show "Error" with the text "MEM". In
this case you should contact the technical service for repairs to be carried out.
9. If no message is displayed, this could be due to a lack of power. Check the power
switch is on and that the safety fuse in the socket has not blown [Fig. 01].
