5. SERVICING MANUAL
•
We recommend disconnecting the machine from the power before starting any assembly,
disassembly or cleaning processes.
•
Do not wash the machine with direct jets of water and/or at high pressure.
•
The parts comprising the squeezing zone (cups, balls, squeezing tray, filter, cutting blade
and front cover), should be cleaned at least once a day following the cleaning instructions in
5.7 DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING.
•
The juicer produces citrus juice with pH of 4.5, and it is therefore not considered to be a
potentially hazardous food.

GETTING STARTED
•
Depending on the size of fruit to be squeezed, the most appropriate squeezing kit for the
size of the fruit should be fitted in order to ensure the best possible performance and reduce
the possibility of incidents. See 4. ACCESSORIES.
•
Fit all the squeezing system components, feeder and protections or guards to the machine
in the right position. See 5.7 DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING.
