Alarm Status Sense (D5)

The external and video loss alarm states are indicated
by a 6-byte response (see Table 2).

Response if this unit did not receive the command.
ALARM(BF)
When there is an alarm, this command is sent as
header. Then, the alarm information is sent in a 1-byte
