5. Install the engine on the pump
body. Torque mounting bolts to
40-60 in-lbs.
6. Install the diffuser, making sure
o-ring is seated properly on lip of
the pump body and alignment tab
is straight up.
7. Install the impeller using an 11/32"
socket, torque to 20-30 in-lbs.
8. Ensure the o-ring is clean and
properly seated in groove. With
inlet flat against the pump body,
install all 4 bolts hand tight. Then
tighten each bolt 1/4 turn in
succession until torque reaches
100-130 in-lbs.
