6 Operation
CAUTION! The swivel arm moves when the scanner is switched on.
Danger of crushing.
– Do not reach into the danger area when switching on the scanner.
Make sure that the reference points of the calibration plate are not damaged as otherwise
calibration is no longer possible.
Prerequisite:
– The scanner has already been set up and the installation has been carried out.
– The scanner is switched on.
Follow the steps below:
– Start the scan software by selecting the following icon:
– Place the calibration plate in the scanner.
– Select scanner calibration from the Options menu and start the calibration.
– As shown in the menu, you can create a new case after successful calibration.
– To scan an object, place it in the scanner and press the scan menu.

ID recognition
Each accessory has its own ID, which enables the scanner to determine when it is in the unit. This
allows the corresponding functions to be carried out.
6.2 Optical Status Display
The LED display shows the basic operating statuses of the software.
– Green and blue in a slow colour gradient from left to right => Power on, Standby, Ready
– White light from left to right -> Working process running
– Pulsating white light -> No connection to the software
– Rainbow -> Calibration in progress
– Progress bar -> Scanning progress
6.3 Switch the unit off
To switch off the product, press the On/Off button for at least 1 second.
