• When transporting, moving or positioning the
ridge-reezer do not tilt it by more than 40° rom the
vertical position. Should such a situation occur, the ap-
pliance should be switched on ater minimum 2 hours
rom its replacement in the right position (g.2).
• Pull the plug out rom the mains socket beore each
maintenance activity. Do not pull on the cord, but hold
the body o the plug instead.
• The "cracking" sound, which the appliance may emit is
caused by the expansion and contraction o parts as a
result o temperature variations.
• For saety reasons do not repair the appliance yoursel.
Repairs carried out by persons who do not have the
required qualications may result in serious danger or
the user o the appliance.
• Air the room in which the appliance is placed or a ew
minutes (the size o the room or a product contain-
ing isobuthane/R600a must be at least 4m
damage to the cooling system.
• Do not rereeze partly thawed products.
• Do not store beverages in bottles and cans, especial-
ly carbonated beverages, in the reezer chamber. The
cans and the bottles may explode.
• Do not put rozen products, taken out directly rom the
reezer (lollies, ice cubes, etc.) into your mouth, their
low temperature may cause severe rostbite.
• Make sure you do not damage the cooling system, by
puncturing the rerigerant pipes in the evaporator or
breaking the pipes. The rerigerant is ammable. I the
rerigerant makes contact with the eyes, rinse them
with clean water and call or medical assistance imme-
diately.
• I the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manuacturer, its service agent or similar qualied
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is intended or ood storage, do not use
it or other purposes.
• When perorming activities, such as cleaning, mainte-
nance or moving, the appliance must be completely
