m) the possible formation of molds, more or less persistent, on the pool liner due to
the particular positioning of the product, atmospheric conditions, lack of maintenance,
non-compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions, are not covered from
the guarantee;
n) this guarantee will not be valid if non-original parts & accessories are installed
with the product.
5.3 The following situations are not expressly to be considered as defects and therefore do
not give rise to a claim for replacement:
a) temporary phenomena of exudation of the pool liner (dripping), which can be
seen in particular at first filling and in the first weeks of use of the product.
b) variations in the original color of the liner due to its natural ageing, prolonged
exposure to sunlight and/or weather and the continuous use of chemical treatment
and/or cleaning products.
c) oxidation of metal parts due to lack of or insufficient maintenance or maintenance
not carried out in accordance with the instructions of Piscine Laghetto products and/or
the diligence required by the nature of the product.
d) distinctive product features. All the finishing parts (for example: panels, edges,
fabrics) are mainly handmade. In this sense, some imperfections in these parts are to
be considered as an intrinsic and accepted characteristic of the product. They do not
affect the intended use of the product.
5.4 In order to correct evaluate the defect and to proceed to the eventuality repairing
and/or replacing under warranty, is required by the consumer to provide with complete
photographic and/or video documentation of the defect, in the state of use of the
product itself.
6.
ASSISTANCE REQUESTS UNDER THE GUARANTEE – EXPIRY
6.1 In order to be covered by the guarantee, the consumer shall have to report any
product defects or faults by contacting an authorized Laghetto Dealer. Dealers
information are listed in the Piscine Laghetto official Website: www.piscinelaghetto.
com
6.2 To request assistance, a copy of the receipt or delivery document issued by the
authorized Laghetto Dealer from whom the Consumer purchased the product must be
provided. All assistance requests not accompanied by such documents may only be
processed as "not under guarantee".
6.3 Interventions made during the term of this guarantee, as indicated in the point 4
(duration), will not result in a further extension of the guarantee on the replaced and/
or repaired parts.
6.4 The intervention made by the authorized Laghetto Dealer, product retrieval, repairs
and Its possible replacement will be performed within time limits compatible
with the repairer organizational needs, by authorized and competent technicians,
upon consumer request and without causing considerable disadvantages to him.
Replacements and repairing made during the guarantee period will not results as an
extension or renewals of the guarantee duration.
7.
ASSISTANCE UNDER GUARANTEE - ADDITIONAL COSTS
7.1 Assistance under warranty is subject to verification by Laghetto through its Exclusive
Distributors, Dealers and/or Authorised Technical Assistance Centres that the non-
