PLAYA - USE AND MAINTENANCE
12. PISCINE LAGHETTO GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
AGRISILOS SRL with registered office in Vescovato (Cr), Ex. S.s. Padana Inferiore 11/C
– Italy, hereinafter "LAGHETTO", has always sought a trusting relationship with
consumers who purchase its products who, in addition to their statutory rights
pursuant to the laws in force in their Country of residence, which nonetheless
remain unprejudiced, may also exercise the rights acknowledged in this guarantee
certificate, hereinafter the "GUARANTEE".
1.
LAGHETTO GUARANTEE
1.1 LAGHETTO guarantees that the product under the brand "Piscine Laghetto", hereinafter
"PRODUCT", to which this certificate refer to, is:
a) conforms to the features described in the Company's documentation;
b) devoid of defects in design, materials, manufacture and operation.
1.2 This guarantee is the only warranty issued by Laghetto. No other declaration or third-
party representation may be deemed validly binding for Laghetto.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE
2.1 The guarantee only applies if the product was purchased by a private individual end-
customer directly from an authorized Laghetto Dealer for domestic use only, hereinafter
the "CONSUMER", and excludes any commercial or professional use. The guarantee is
exclusively issued by Laghetto in favor of the consumer and it cannot be transferred or
sold to third parts.
2.2 The guarantee is only valid for products installed in the same Country or State in
which they were purchased.
3.
GUARANTEE SUBJECT
3.1 This guarantee is valid within the normal and correct use of the product, as well as
requires an installation made by specialized and certified personnel for Playa, Dolcevita
and Divina products, or in accordance with the assembly instructions provided with Pop
or Classic pools.
3.2 It applies and covers exclusively the original components produced by Laghetto: pool
liner, metallic structure and all the other original parts included in the pool kit. The
guarantee only covers the supply of materials in substitution of those found to be
defective.
3.3 The warranty does not cover consumables and/or parts subject to normal wear and tear
(f.i.: cartridge filters).
4.
GUARANTEE DURATION
4.1 The guarantee period is 5 YEARS (FIVE) on the liner and metallic frame of Playa,
Dolcevita, Divina and Pop pools, 3 YEARS (THREE) on the liner and metallic frame
of the Classic and Crystal Pop models, 2 YEARS (TWO) in all the other original parts
included in the pool kit.
