Band saw blade

Wear gloves when handling with saw blades!
Before changing the blade, check that the machine is switched
off and disconnect from the power supply
ATTENTION: Take care to install the saw band correctly!
Check the direction of the teething

15.3.1 Tension band saw blade

 Set the blade tension with the blade tension hand wheel (N).
Too much tension: The band saw blade can break
Too less tension: The band saw blade can slip and stop

15.3.2 Change band saw blade

 Remove the rip fence rail
 Open both doors (upper and lower door)
 Turn the blade tension adjustment hand wheel (N) to
release the tension.
 Turn the blade tension quick release lever (A1) to fully
realese the tension of blade.
 remove the blade and replace the new blade.

15.3.3 Tension V-belt

Rotate the belt tension hand wheel (V) tok adjust the V-belt tension.
