.. Mincing meat
Cut the meat into pieces so that the pieces of meat easily fit into the filling opening of
the mincer attachment ().
The pieces are to be free of sinew, boneless and as low-fat as possible. They
are not to exceed x x cm in size.
Plug the mains plug into the power socket and press the /I button () to switch on the
appliance.
Place the meat into the filling opening
and push it down gently using the push-
er ().
After mincing, press the /I () button to switch off the appliance.
Wait until the drive has come to a complete stop.
Pull the mains plug out of the power socket.
.. Assembling and using the sausage attachment
Use the sausage stuffer ring () with one of the sausage attachments (//) to fill
suitable natural or artificial sausage skins with sausage mixture.
To completely disconnect the appliance from the power supply, unplug the plug from
the power socket.
Assemble the mincer as described in section ".. Assembling the mincer" on
page .
Place a sausage attachment (//) into the sausage stuffer ring () and press
both parts together until the sausage attachment sits securely in the sausage stuffer
ring.
