CHECKING THE FRONT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL

Pull the lever toward the handlebar and check the
free play

Free play of the front brake lever
If the free play does not meet the specification, do
the following.
Set the free play using the adjustment screw
- Turn clockwise to decrease the free play.
- Turn it counterclockwise to increase the free play.

Make sure that the reservoir is in a horizontal position.
Check the fluid level through the sight glass.
Ensure that the level is (between the arrows) it should
be closest to the up arrow.
If the level is below the MIN mark, top up the brake
fluid according to the instructions below.
