General indications

The organic matter shall not be humid - it
 
will block the outlet.
The exit of material shall be constantly
 
monitored to avoid possible obstruction of
the outlet. When the outlet gets clogged,
immediately turn the equipment off.
Attention!
The motor may burn should an excessive
amount of material be introduced in the
shredder feed funnel.
Note:
The rotary valve under the upper
funnel is used to avoid material build-up
inside the upper funnel. It shall be actuated
in the direction of the funnel, and then be
returned to its position.
When to use the power outlet
(TR 500T)
The organic shredder TR 500T, due to the
 
way it is driven, offers the ideal solution to
work with organic material at the place it will
be stored.
Coupling and/or uncoupling of the shredder
 
is made with a three-securing-point coupler,
fixed to the equipment by means of a pin.
The axle is coupled to the transmission
element to start the shredder.
Observe overload indications for the cardan
 
axle.
To avoid cardan axle overload, a minimum
 
wear of 1/3 of its length is necessary.
Use axles previously tested only. The axle
shall be secured according to manufacturer
standards.
For proper operation, the organic shredder
 
TR 500T shall entirely rest on the floor.
