Attention!
Read all instructions in this manual before
operating the equipment. Always observe
and follow the safety indications to prevent
accidents and/or injuries.
Install the equipment on a solid, flat floor.
Keep children and spectators away. People,
especially children, must remain at a safe
distance from the working area when the
equipment is being used. The operator/user is
responsible for accidents that may occur.
Only introduce branches of at most ø3 cm in
the feed funnel. Bigger branches need to be
introduced in the side funnel.
All TR 500 shredders are provided with a
blade, assembled sideways to the rotor, to cut
the materials introduced in the side funnel.
The combination of the side blade with the side
feed funnel allows branches of up to ø10 cm
to be shredded, which can be mixed with
garden debris or food leftovers.
Lower outlet
Several square, removable rods are secured to
the lower outlet (1). When you remove the upper
rod, a tilting plate (2) directs exiting shredded
material downwards. To use this outlet, you will
have to attach a closing plate (3) to the upper
outlet. The corner (4) needs to be removed -
loosen the screw (5). Assemble the closing plate
(3) on its place so that the upper outlet remains
closed.

Size of the shredded material
By removing or placing rods, individually, the
material can be shredded either thicker or thinner
according to your needs. For thicker shredding,
remove a second rod. For yet thicker shredding,
more rods can be removed.
Upper outlet
To use the upper outlet, remove the closing
plate (3). The corner (4) is then reassembled on
its place. The tilting plate (2) needs to be turned
upwards and the upper square rod (1) needs to be
reinserted. The lower outlet remains closed. The
upper outlet can be rotated according to your
needs. To do that, loosen the 4 screws that are
secured to the closing part of the upper outlet (do
not remove the screws), as shown in the figure.
The outlet body can be turned to the position you
wish, and the 4 screws shall then be retightened.
