If your radio requires service and support, your radio shows a notification alert. You can identify the
types of service and support that your radio needs through the printed QR Code at the back of the
radio in the battery compartment.
NOTE:
The printed QR code directs you to the Getting Started page. You can find more information
about your radio needs by typing in the service code at the search box.
