column shows Activated and the CON-
NECTED column shows Yes.
NOTE: Only applies to radios with
a built-in SIM card.

•
If connecting through Wi-Fi, verify if internet
connection of the Access Point is good.
•
Verify that a firewall is not blocking Internet
access.
NOTE: The WiFi MAC Address is
displayed in the Device Info page
or the Info screen in Test Mode.
•
Verify that a firewall is not blocking access to
the destination port TCP 8883.
Resolutions
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify the device
name appears in the Users page and STATUS
column shows Active. If the STATUS column
shows Disabled, you must reactivate the user's
status.
Perform the following actions to reactivate disa-
bled users:
1 Select the disabled users in the Users page.
2 In then Actions menu, click Activate.
3 Click OK.
Verify the selected users return to Active sta-
tus.
Click the Reactivate link from the Activation
Code column to re-initialize the WAVE PTX ac-
count.
