3.5.1. Hydraulic circuit and components
In the hydraulic circuit and its components, the heat exchanger is the most delicate part affected.
Therefore the following guidelines must be observed at minimum:
 The water filter is installed and should contain a mesh for trapping particles with a
maximum diameter of 0.5 mm.
 The filter maintenance should be carried out at regular intervals in order to prevent the
build-up of particles which might block it.
 The instruction regarding the entrance and exit of water to/from the unit should be
observed.
 If working with open circuits in which the water quality is not correct and not within the
values of the table, a secondary heat exchanger should be installed to prevent damage.
