7.8 Using the emergency switch (where fitted)
The emergency switch (fig. 5 1, page 4) is located below the control panel on all
models except CFX28 where it is located above the power inlet sockets. For normal
operation the switch is in the "NORMAL USE" position.
➤ If an electronic control failure occurs, slide the switch to "EMERGENCY
OVERRIDE" position

NOTE
If the switch is in the "EMERGENCY OVERRIDE" position, the cooling
box runs with full cooling capacity and may freeze.
7.9 USB port for power supply
USB port allows you to charge small devices like mobile phones and mp3-players.
To use your cooling box with any USB devices, simply connect a USB cable (not
included) to your device.

NOTE
Ensure that any small device connected to the USB port is compatible
with 5 V/500 mA operation.
7.10 Switching off the cooling box
1. Empty the cooling box.
2. Switch the cooling box off.
3. Pull out the connection cable.
If you do not want to use the cooling box for a longer period of time:
➤ Leave the cover slightly open. This prevents odour build-up.
