To protect the battery, the refrigerator switches off automatically if the voltage is
insufficient (see table below):

Make sure the polarity is correct.
➤ Before starting up the device for the first time, check whether the operating volt-
age and the battery voltage match (see type plate).
➤ Connect your refrigerator to a plug socket which is fuse-protected at 15 A
(at 12 V) or 7.5 A (at 24 V) (fig. a 1, page 8).
➤ Connect the red cable (fig. a rd, page 8) to the positive terminal of the battery.
➤ Connect the black cable (fig. a bk, page 8) to the negative terminal of the
battery.

frozen foodstuffs and freezes fresh foodstuffs.
