Premier Ductable Heater
1. Disconnect the electrical leads from the air pressure
switch.
2. Remove the clear tubes from the air pressure switch.
3. Remove the screws that secure the switch bracket to
the fan housing panel.
If the air pressure switch contacts are closed on a call for
heat before the fan motor starts, or do not close after the
fan motor starts, the igniter will not spark nor will the gas
valve open.
Transformer
The transformer, Fig. 12, reduces the main power supply
voltage to 24 VAC for operation of the ignition control. It is
located inside a black control box.
Without 24 VAC from the transformer, neither the ignition
control will function nor will the heater operate.

Relay
The relay is responsible for suppling power to the motor.

Fan Wheel, Bearings
and Shaft
1. Remove the following:

2. Slide the complete assembly from the heater.
3. Replace the components as needed.
4. When reinstalling, ensure fan shaft is flush with fan
