3. Enter a password and re-enter it to confirm.

cannot be recovered if it is lost.
4. Press the F F a a c c t t o o r r y y D D e e f f a a u u l l t t button to change all system settings to the factory defaults.
5. Press O O K K .
6. The patient data stored on the system is made anonymous, and the system restarts.

1. Make sure you are using the default Surgeon Profile.
2. Go toS S e e t t t t i i n n g g s s → → S S y y s s t t e e m m → → D D a a t t a a P P r r o o t t e e c c t t i i o o n n , or press the Archive button from the Home
screen.
3. On the Data Protection screen, re-enter the password and press O O K K . The system restarts.
