Model TRF 400 and TRF 80
Assembly of TRF 400 and TRF 80
Some of this equipment's components are
disassembled when they come from the factory. To
assemble, follow the following instructions:
Assemble the rack
To begin assembling, remove the left side of the

rack (9) from its packaging and assemble the rubber
cushions (5) with the washer and the nut. Repeat the
operation on the right side of the rack (10).
After completing the assembly of the rubber cushions

on the sides of the rack, secure the rack assembly
crossbars (8) with the screw (2), the washer (1) and
the nut (4).
Align the parts on a flat base and tighten screws

using the wrench provided in the manual. After
tightening is complete, assemble the material outlet
and body on the rack.

Assemble the body and material outlet on the
rack
To begin assembling, remove the material outlet (26)

from its packaging, positioning it on the assembled
rack (25) and align the holes.
Remove the crusher body (27) from its packaging

and assemble it on the material outlet (26) supported
on the assembled rack (25) and keep the assembly
screws handy.
Position the crusher body in the hole to make it

possible to tighten the screw (5), the pressure washer
(9) and flat washer (6) as indicated in the image on
the side.
After assembling all screws, use the wrench

that comes with the manual to give them a final
tightening. Then use the self-tapping screw to affix
the On/Off switch (28) in the position indicated by
the arrow.
