(Long press < or > key to decrease or increase rapidly at constant speed).

1. Set the temperature knob to the Off position.
2. Turn the mode selector knob from Off to the
SPECIAL FUNCTION position.
3. Find cooking menu you want through
< or > keys and tap OK.
