3. Time
•
To change the cooking time value, press the „TEMP/
TIME" button.
When time display C (RCVG-43) or display #7 (RCVG-
45) is flashing, use the „+" and „-" buttons to set the
preferred time value.
CAUTION!
•
To display the set temperature and time values, hold
down the „TEMP/TIME" button for 3 seconds.
•
After 10 flashes of the display without performing
any action, the unit will exit the time and temperature
settings menu.
To set the parameters again, press the „TEMP/TIME"
button.
4. Start/Stop
•
When the unit is in standby mode press the button
(RCVG-43) or „START/STOP" to start operation.
•
When the unit is in operation, press the button to
stop operation.
FOR THE RCVG-45 MODEL:
•
Pressing the „START/STOP" button a second time will
start the countdown, and a third time will stop the
unit from operating and enter standby mode.
5. Adjustment
•
Using
the
„TEMP/TIME"
button,
select
temperature or time value.
Using the „+" and „-" buttons, set the desired value.
6. Temperature display A (RCVG-43) or display 6 (RCVG-45)
•
Displays the operating temperature in real time.
7. Temperature display B (RCVG-43)
•
Displays the set operating temperature.
8. Time display [C] or display 7 (RCVG-45)
•
In standby mode, the set target time is displayed.
•
In operating mode, the remaining operating time is
displayed.
CAUTION!
•
To restore the factory settings, hold down the
and „+" buttons simultaneously (RCVG-43) or
„START/STOP" and „+" (RCVG-45).
After that, the upper display will show the
temperature 60 and the next display will show the
time value 24:00.
Then release the buttons. Then the displays will flash
10 times and the unit will exit the setup menu.
3.3.2. PROGRAMMING
Caution! Before connecting WiFi, make sure the unit is in
standby mode.
1.
Go to https://fir.im/qx49 in a web browser.
2.
Download and install the installation package.
3.
Open the newly installed application and register an
account.
4.
Add a unit (Select „unit" → „+" → click „+" → Connect
WiFi → simultaneously press „°C/°F" and (RCVG-43) or
„START/STOP" (RCVG-45) on the unit until the unit is
successfully added.

3.3.3. OPERATION
1.
Select a suitable cooking container and attach the
unit to the container.
2.
Place the vacuum-packed food in the cooking
container.
3.
Fill the cooking container with water. (Caution! After
filling the container with water, make sure the water
level is between the minimum and maximum water
levels).
4.
Plug in the power cord. The light on the appliance
will illuminate and after 2 seconds the appliance will
go into saver mode.
Press the button to switch to
standby mode.
5.
To select the unit of temperature to be displayed on
the unit, use the „° C / ° F" button.
The default unit for the temperature display is „° C".
The unit will remember the selected temperature
unit.
6.
To set the time and temperature control, use the
„TEMP/TIME" button. Set the target value using the
„+" and „-" buttons.
7.
When the settings are complete, press the „
button (RCVG-43) or „START/STOP" (RCVG-45) for
the unit to start operation.
8.
When the unit has completed operation, it will beep.
Press the „
" button to terminate operation of the
unit.
CAUTION! For the RCVG-45, the unit will beep when
the set temperature is reached.
Then press the „START/STOP" button to start
counting down the set time. When the cooking is
finished, the appliance will beep again.
Then press the „START/STOP" button.
Caution! If no action is taken when finished, the
appliance will emit a continuous beep after 20
seconds.
The water temperature will remain at the set level.
9.
Remove the food and disconnect the appliance from
the power supply.
Caution! To extend the life of the unit, drain and
clean the unit after each cycle.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Cleaning and maintenance
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down
completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing
accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning
the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
e)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire
brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may
damage the surface of the material from which the
unit is made.
f)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical
products, diluent, fuel, oil or other chemicals as this
may cause damage to the unit.

3.4.1. MAINTENANCE
Caution! To avoid burns, make sure the unit is definitely
turned off and cooled to room temperature before
cleaning.
1.
After cleaning, place the unit vertically. Do not dry
the appliance horizontally or „upside down".
2.
When cleaning, pay special attention to the
components inside the machine. If components are
damaged, contact your service representative.
3.
After each use, drain the water and refill the unit with
clean water before using it again.
4.
Repeated use of the same water may reduce the
performance of the unit.
If large amounts of ash and dirt are noticed on unit
components, remove the unit back cover and clean
the heat pipe and probe.
It is recommended that these components be
cleaned every 20 uses or every 100 hours of
operation.
5.
Using a hot unit in cold water and a cold unit in hot
water is not recommended.

It is recommended that the temperature of the unit
and water are close to each other at the beginning of
operation (room temperature).
3.4.2. CLEANING
1.
Fill the container with a mixture of water and vinegar
in a ratio of 75%/25%, insert the unit to the maximum
immersion level of the unit.
2.
Turn on the unit by setting the operating temperature
to 80° C / 176° F" and the operating time to 3 hours
(03:00). Press the „
„ button (RCVG-43) or „START/
STOP" button (RCVG-45).
When the temperature value reaches the target
value, press the „
" button again (RCVG-43) or
„START/STOP" button (RCVG-45) to start the timer.
3.
When the timer is over, stop the unit and unplug it
from the power supply.
Let the machine cool down. Then empty the cooking
container and rinse the appliance in clean water.
Caution! We recommend using vinegar (e.g. white
or apple cider vinegar) for cleaning. We do not
recommend cleaning the appliance with tap water
alone due to the minerals contained in the water,
which can cause limescale deposits on the appliance
and the internal components of the appliance.
