received instruction on how to operate the device.
c)
When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
d)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
e)
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
f)

This will ensure safe use.
h)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
i)
Avoid situations where the device stops working
during use due to excessive loading. This may result
in overheating of the drive elements and damage to
the device.
j)
Do not touch articulated parts or accessories unless
the device has been disconnected from the power
source.
k)
Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the
course of work.
l)
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
8
m)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
n)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
o)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. The device should always be used when positioned
on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and
be out of the reach of children and persons with limited
mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that
you always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label. Disassemble the device and all its components and
clean them before the first use.
3.3. DEVICE USE
1.
Set both switches to "0".
2.
Connect the power cable to the machine and then
connect the plug to a socket.
3.
Lift the piston by setting the switch on the left-hand
side to "I".
4.
When the piston reaches its maximum height, the
motor will stop automatically. Set the switch to "0"
and disconnect it from power source by removing the
plug from the socket.
5.
Before starting, clean the entire machine and in
particular the elements which come into contact with
foodstuffs (piston, cylinder, etc.). In order to remove
the metal cylinder from the machine, tilt it until the
discharge nozzle lifts up. There may be some resistance
at first, since the cylinder has special fastening elements
which prevent any displacement during operating.
6.
Once the machine is thoroughly cleaned, clip the
cylinder back in its place (if it was removed). In order
to do this, place the cylinder on the two mounting pins
and align it vertically so that it is in its original position
(in reverse order to that when it was removed).
7.
Then fill the cylinder with foodstuffs and attach one
of the funnels. To do that, unscrew the nut on the
discharge nozzle, select a funnel, align its wider end
with the nozzle opening and attach the funnel to the
nozzle by tightening the nut.
8.
Once the nozzle is fixed, gently tilt the cylinder and
load it with foodstuffs.
9.
Before connecting the machine to the power supply,
make sure the cylinder is set to the correct, vertical
position, check that both switches are in the "0"
position and that the knob is in the "Low" position
10.
There are two ways two lower the piston:
a.
Using the foot pedal:
To lower the piston using the foot pedal, connect
the foot pedal plug to the socket labelled with the
number 6 on the control panel (there is only one way
to connect the plug to the socket). Then set the switch
Rev. 20.01.2020
on the left-hand side to "II", the switch under the
potentiometer knob to "I" and press the foot pedal.
Use the potentiometer to adjust the piston operation
rate (for faster operation turn the knob clockwise
towards the High setting, to slow it down or stop -
anticlockwise towards the Low setting).
b.
Without using the foot pedal:
To lower the piston without using the foot pedal,
connect the short plug included in the set to the socket
labelled with the number 6 on the control panel (there
is only one way to connect the plug to the socket).
Then set the switch on the left-hand side to "II" and
the switch under the potentiometer knob to "I ". Use
the potentiometer to adjust the piston operation rate
(for faster operation turn the knob clockwise towards
the High setting, to slow it down or stop - anticlockwise
towards the Low setting). In order to stop the piston,
set the left and/or right switch to the "0" position (or
turn the knob anticlockwise as far as it will go).
11.
The piston will stop once it reaches its lowest position.
12.
To reverse the piston to the upper position, set the
switch to "I" and wait for the piston to move up. The
machine will stop automatically.
13.
To re-load foodstuffs into the cylinder, tilt it, insert the
foodstuffs, re-align in the vertical position and repeat
the process in accordance with these instructions for
as long as required.
14.
After completion of the operation, set the piston to
the upper position, set both switches to "0, turn the
knob to the "Low" setting and disconnect it from the
power source.
15.
Once the power source is disconnected, clean the
machine with warm water and a soft cloth. The
electrical parts of the machine should not come into
contact with water.
