4.2 Preparing for use

The work surface where the device will be located must be
suitable for the size of the appliance, please refer to the
measurements. The work surface must be levelled, dry,
heat-resistant and at a fitting height from the ground to
enable a proper use of the device. The permissible tilting
of the device is 10°. The device is intended for indoor
use. Storage temperature should be in the range above 0
to 40°C. The recommended ambient temperature for the
device is in the range from 24 to 32°C. Before the first use,
remove all elements and clean them along with the entire
device.
NOTE! It is forbidden to immerse the device in water or to
pour it with a stream of water.

NOTE! It is forbidden to switch on the device with an empty
tank. NOTE! Regularly clean the device in order to prevent
permanent deposition of impurities.
Assembly of the device
1.
Unpack the entire device.
2.
Wash the entire device before each use.
3.
Set the device on the appropriate surface.
4.
Mount the drip tray to the device.
4.3 Device use
Production of ice cream and cold drinks:
1.
Prepare the product intended for cooling or freezing
according to recommendations of its manufacturer
(e.g. if the ratio of 1: 7 is recommended in the maker
concentrate instructions , measure out 1 part of the
concentrate and 7 measures of water).
2.
Unlock the protection of the outer cover located at
its back part and then remove the cover.
3.
Remove the internal cover.
4.
Pour the mixture prepared for cooling / freezing.
5.
Close the covers, lock the outer cover. NOTE!: The
device has a protection, in case of a badly closed
cover or even not installed cover the device will not
operate!
6.
Connect the device to the power supply.
7.
Set switches 3a and 3b to the activated position.
8.
Turn on the Power button on the control panel.
9.
Set the machine mode suitable for the poured
product and the intended results.
10.
Allow the product to reach its preferred temperature
and consistency.
11.
The finished product can be dispensed (by pulling the
lever of the device tap towards its direction) into suitable
containers, e.g. cups. In order to facilitate dispensing, it is
recommended to use the „DISP" function.
12.
After finishing the use, it is necessary to always wash
the device.
NOTE! Frozen ice cream or drinks increase its volume. Be
careful not to exceed the maximum level of filling the tank
of the device. It is recommended to measure the change
in the volume of the mixture poured into the device in the
course of changing from liquid to solid physical state. On
this basis, it is necessary to adjust the filling of the device
tank with a correspondingly smaller quantity of mixture.
Control panel operation
The control panel is activated by pressing the
„POWER" button.
In order to switch the control panel, the device must
be switched on (button 3a in the activated position).
In order to select the operating mode, it is necessary
to press the „MODE" button. The diode will light for
the selected operating mode.
Pressing the „DISP" button will activate the dosing
mode for the time set in settings.
After the lapse of a given time period (countdown
of the time on the clock display), the device will go
to the mode functioning previously, e.g. „Ice cream"
Pressing the „SET" button activates the setting mode.
Moving to the settings mode does not interfere with
the current operation of the device.
The parameters that can be set are included in the table
below.

The mode in which the user wants to change the settings
should be selected by pressing the „MODE" button, the
diode will light for the selected operating mode. Indication
on the display of the rotational speed will flash, the
parameter value should be set by means of the „ADD" and
„SUB" buttons. In order to go to the temperature parameter
settings (or the time for the „dispensing" function), it is
necessary to press the „SET" button once. In order to save
the settings, it is necessary to wait 10 seconds.

After choosing the program, it is recommended to set the
highest possible temperature and gradually lower it until the
desired consistency and temperature are obtained.

4.4. Cleaning and maintenance

Before each cleaning, maintenance or repair activity,
and also if the device is not in use, pull out the mains
plug and allow the device to reach room temperature.
Do not pour the device with water or do not allow the
electrical parts of the machine get wet.
In order to prevent any bacteria from developing in
the device, it is necessary to only use special cleaning
agents designed for cleaning surfaces made of
plastics and having contact with food.
Never clean the machine with an automatic
dishwasher as this may cause damage to parts.
Never use aggressive disinfectants or corrosive
detergents for cleaning.
It is necessary to regularly and thoroughly clean and
disinfect the device.
For the period of switching off the device from use, it
should be disassembled, washed and dried. Store the
unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct
exposure to sunlight.
Cleaning and disinfection should be carried out every
day and as often as it required by law binding in the
place where the device is used.
NOTE! In order to properly clean and disinfect the
device, the person performing these activities should
thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands.
Automatic cleaning of the device:
1.
Empty the device tank.
2.
Unlock the protection of the outer cover located in
the back part of it.

3.
Remove the outer cover and then remove the inner
cover.
4.
Pour lukewarm water into the device tank.
5.
Mount both covers on the device. The device will not
turn on if the cover is not installed.
6.
Turn on the device by means of the button 3a, do not
turn on the cooling (button 3b)
7.
Switch on the „Wash" mode by means of the „MODE"
button.
8.
Allow the device to operate in the „Wash" mode for
several minutes.
9.
Remove the dirty water from the tank by draining it
with a tap, and then perform all the activities again
several times in order to thoroughly rinse the device.
Repeat these activities until the water flowing out of
the device is clean.
10.
After performance of these activities it is necessary
to empty the device from the water, switch off the
device and disconnect it from the power supply.
11.
Remove both covers of the device and allow it to dry.
Cleaning
1.
Perform the steps 1-3 from the point related to the
Automatic washing of the device.

Unscrew two screws located in the front part of the
tank near the dispenser tap.
3.
Remove the accessory giving shape to ice cream.
4.
Remove the tank by lifting its front part from the
hooks, and then slide out the entire tank by pulling
towards the front of the device.
5.
Unscrew the nut holding the agitator, and then slide
out the agitator and remove the gaskets / gasket
located in the front and rear part of the evaporator.
NOTE! It is necessary to remove all gaskets during
cleaning in order to minimize the risk of bacterial
growth.
