Seat Unit

ASSEMBLY OF THE SEAT UNIT
•
NXT 2 IN 1 IS DELIVERED AS A PRAM BODY.
•
FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CONVERT IT INTO A SEAT UNIT.
(1) ASSEMBLY OF THE SEAT UNIT
1.1 Remove the mattress. Pull the bar using the easy pull handle along the bottom of the pram body. Then remove the
bar by pressing it together. Repeat in both the foot end and the head end.
1.2 Remove the pram body bottom.
1.3 Push the hex key through the hole in the fabric lock to release it.
1.4 Then use the Hex-key to pull the fabric holder out from the fabric lock. Repeat on all 3 locks and remove the Pram
body fabric.
1.5 Disassemble the 2 screws + nuts and remove the Pram body adapter, left and right side.
1.6 Place the seat unit fabric inside the frame.
WARNING Never use this product without fully assembling the seat unit fabrics onto the frame.
Fabric holder - Footrest
1.7 Place the fabric holder into the fabric lock and push the fabric towards the fabric holder.
1.8 When the fabric is on the fabric holder tip, push it forward in the fabric groove.
1.9 Make sure the fabric is following the groove while you push the fabric holder.
1.10 When the fabric holder is reaching the fabric lock on the other side, make sure the fabric holder is following the
groove in the fabric lock.
1.11 Push the fabric holder until it "clicks" in to place in the fabric lock.
WARNING Always make sure the fabric is properly fixed in the frame before using the stroller.
Fabric lock - Right side:
1.12 Place the fabric holder into the fabric lock and push the fabric towards the fabric holder. When the fabric is on the
fabric holder tip, push it forward in the fabric groove.
1.13 Push the fabric holder until you reach the end of the plastic part. Then place the fabric into the fabric groove and
push the fabric holder to lock it in the frame.
1.14 Push the fabric holder until it "clicks" in to place in the fabric lock. Repeat these steps on the left side.
Assembly of the right side connector
1.15 Assemble the right side connector with the hex key screw and nut. Repeat on the left side.
Assemble the Seat release handle
1.16 Push the Seat release handle in to place on left and right side until it "click" in place.
Plastic buckles – locking fabric downwards.
1.17 Lock the 2 plastic buckles locking the fabric downwards.
WARNING Make sure the plastic buckles are securely locked before use.
(2) ASSEMBLE THE BUMPER BAR
2:1 Insert the bumper bar into the brackets on both sides of the seat frame.
2:2 Fasten the crotch strap around the bumper bar.
WARNING The bumper bar should always be assembled when in use.
WARNING Always check that the bumper bar is correctly assembled before use
