Output voltage on resistive load incorrect

NO-LOAD OUTPUT VOLTAGE TEST
□ Output terminals 9(+) and 4(-) on power source = +63 VDC approximately, with start pushbutton pressed.
Correct?
For the following tests, use a resistive load able to support the maximum power source current.

□ For this test, set the MIG Short SG2 1.0 mm Ar 18CO2 program, in "2-stroke" mode (see Power Source Instruction
Manual):
− set 24 or 27 V on the display;
− activate a load of 0.1 or 0.12 ohm (see table);
□ Output terminals (3) and (4) on power source = values shown in table, with start button pressed:

INVERTER POWER SUPPLY TEST
□ Power board (56), connector J1, terminals 4(+) - 1(-), voltage = +560 VDC approx., with power source on load in the
table conditions (DC voltage on capacitors-DC, with power source on resistive load).
Correct?
■ Check the wiring between terminals VITE1 and VITE2 of power board (56) and power source output terminals (3)
and (4). Then check the wiring between VITE2, the SRS module and the output terminal (3). If there are any loose
connections, tighten them and replace any damaged components.
■ Check wiring between J2 of INV board on power board (56) and J5B of panel board (47).
■ Check the INV board connections on connectors J7-J8-J9 of power board (56) are properly fastened and clean.
■ Check condition of inverter power components (U1, U2, U3, U4, etc.) on power board (56).
■ Replace power board (56) and/or panel board (47).
