Error codes
341
-02- Error on EEprom
Lock due to write error in user data memory. Replace panel board (47).
342
-06- Communication error detected by panel board (47)
343
-09- Communication error detected by INV board on power board (56)
Communication error between inverter board (47) and INV board on power board (56).
Check the wiring between J2 of INV board on power board (56) and J5B on panel board (47).
Check correct fixing and cleanliness of INV board connections on J8-J9 connectors of power board (56).
Replace panel board (47) and/or power board (56).
344
-10- No voltage and current at output
When the power source is turned on, the control checks operating conditions by running a short no-load output
voltage generation test.
On this occasion, it is important to ensure that the torch does not touch the workpiece to be welded or the welding
bench.
Error 10 indicates that upon power source activation or with the inverter in operation, the output voltage and current
detection circuits on power board (56) read voltage = 0 and current = 0.
This situation is possible only in the following cases:
♦
with a faulty inverter, i.e. that does not generate alternating voltage in the primary winding of power transformer
EN
T4 at power board (56).
♦
with one or both voltage and current detection lines interrupted.
Perform the "no-load operation" test in section 3.3.8, the "resistive load operation" test in section 3.3.9 and the SRS
module check 3.3.10.
345
-11- Start-up with load already connected
In the start-up phase the power source detected the presence of a non-negligible load at the output. Disconnect the
load and/or check the power voltages of output current sensor (59). If necessary, replace output current sensor (59).
346
-14- Inverter IGBT driver supply voltage error on power board (56)
Perform the INVERTER CONTROL POWER SUPPLY TEST in section 3.3.1, in particular the error occurs when the +15
VDC power supply voltage is out of the acceptable range. Check the three mains voltage phases are present (see note
in section 3.4.22, error 61).
347
-21- No interlock on SRS module error
INV control board on power board (56), check SRS control board (15) is present and properly connected.
Check the connection between terminals 7-8 of J8 on INV control board on power board (56) and terminals 7-8 of J4
on SRS control board (15) is correct.
Replace power board (56) and/or SRS control board (15).
348
-22- Hardware key reading error
Error in reading hardware key authentication code. Check the wiring between J5B of panel board (47) and the hardware
key. Contact Cebora Technical Aftersales Service to replace the wiring and/or hardware key.
349
-24- Error during reprogramming of the EPLD or FPGA
A microprocessor and an FPGA are present on the INV control board on power board (56). These two components
communicate with each other to ensure effective inverter operation. Whenever the machine is switched on, the
microprocessor reprograms the FPGA; if this does not happen, error "24" is displayed. If error "24" is displayed,
reprogram/update the machine firmware (see section 2.4) if the error persists, replace power board (56).
