This code covers various problems that can occur in the inverter control.
Such defects generally cause excessive current flow in the primary winding of power transformer T4 due, for example,
to a short circuit in the windings of transformer T4 or in the secondary diode assembly.
For an analysis of the problem, see "no-load operation" section 3.3.8 and "operation on resistive load", section 3.3.9.

A buffer battery mounted on a battery holder is present on panel board (47). The battery is used to store the machine
date and time and all the set parameters. When "ERROR 26" appears, replace the battery.

Problem in the INV board on power board (56), the microcontroller cannot write to the Flash drive.
Replace power board (56).

During the SRS process, the correct operation of the SRS module is checked during torch calibration.
Replace SRS control board (15) and/or MOSFET (18) and/or power board (56).

-42- Error in motor encoder signal (11)

The signal supplied by the encoder incorporated in motor (11) is used as a reaction signal for motor speed regulation.
"Error 42" indicates that the signal supplied by the encoder is insufficient for the reference signal generated by panel
board (47) and therefore motor speed (11) is out of control. Perform the "wire feed motor operating" tests in section
3.3.7.

-47- Motor under-voltage

40 VDC motor supply (11) arrives at panel board (47), connector J20 terminals 3(-) and 4(+).
"Error 47" indicates that the motor power supply voltage is too low:
Perform the MOTOR POWER SUPPLY TEST (section 3.3.7), in particular, check 40 VDC is present.
Replace power board (56) and/or panel board (47).

power board (56) and check resistance between terminals
