3.2.4
Some commands on control panel do not
work.
CONTROL PANEL SIGNALS TEST.
□ Power board (13), connector J1, terminals:
− 1(+) - 3(-) = +4.5 Vdc (current potentiometer power
supply (knob A));
− 2(+) - 3(-) = 0 ÷ +4.5 Vdc, by rotating knob A (current
reference signal),
all with connector J1 connected (see Connector map,
par. 5.2).
YES
♦ Check the wiring between J1 power board
(13) and current potentiometer.
♦ Check the integrity and operation of the
current potentiometer (knob A).
♦ Check supply voltages of the power board
(13), performing the tests of par. 3.2.1.
G
■ Regular operation.
B
3.2.5
Open circuit output voltage not regular.
OPEN-CIRCUIT OUTPUT VOLTAGE TEST.
□ Power source output terminal E(+) and output terminal
D(-) = +81 Vdc approximately, after start-up phase.
NO
♦ Regular operation.
■ Check connections between J16 and J17 terminals on
power board (13) and power source D and E output
terminals. If you find loose connections, tighten and
replace any damaged terminals.
■ Check the integrity of the inductor L3 fastening
to the power board (13) printed circuit. If you find
loose connections or burn marks restore the original
connection or replace power board (13).
■ Check the mains voltage conditions and perform test of
par. 3.2.1 if necessary.
