Machine cleaning instructions and devices for good maintenance.
For optimum service life of internal equipment devices and to avoid damage to
client devices, it is important to keep the equipment clean and before carrying out
tests on the devices, perform a cleaning.
Injectors, sensors, valves and pumps may contain dirt such as dust, coal, grease,
earth and others.
Below are some images of devices that should NOT be installed directly on the
machine, ie, should be pre-cleaned:
The equipment should also go through a regular cleaning process. Prevent dirt
remaining in the vat from entering the system.
Pre-cleaning can be performed with degreasing substances, cleaners, specific
equipment, or even simple methods such as using cleaning paper and kerosene.
Do not use fabrics that may loosen parts. Ex: Tow, cloth, cotton, etc..
